  • In March of 2016, I ventured on my own and opened a small general practice law office in Walker Valley, NY. I have been handling a variety of legal issues for my clients with a focus in the following areas:
    • Family Law: experience in mediating and/or litigating Child Custody and Support matters in Sullivan, Ulster, and Orange County. Along with some matrimonial experienced dealing with Uncontested Divorce, Pre and post-marital agreements and Spousal Maintenance. And, some experience in dealing in Surrogates Court handling guardianship matters.
    • Estate Planning: Drafting lower level estate plans for clients to include Wills, healthcare proxy, living wills, power of attorney, and helping clients take care of their estates before their passing.
